Ok frick I'm done and I've had enough revision from like six people lets go. Thanks to RiotSox especially for helping me with my oc. You too, @bardofthethreekindo . On a side note those ocs mentioned in her bio? I'm making character designs for them as we speak. I may make a fanfic, too

"Anyone can redeem themselves if they just try hard enough, kindness and discipline can also be factors, though, so I've made it my primary mission in life to give those in need of mercy a second chance, and help them to the best of my ability. Some call it naivity, I call it charity."

Moral standpoint: Seiko always has believed in redemption. From schoolyard bullies to the villains she faces now, she feels that one should at least try to redeem the bad guy before resorting to violence. She never immediately aims to kill unless she is facing an overly violent monster. She does know her boundaries however and will use violence if absolutely necessary. Her mercy sometimes contributes to her unpopularity however, as not many people share these ideas, especially if said villain has caused significant harm in the past.

(History and personality)

History: Seiko's mother, Ayano, died in childbirth due to difficulties with her pregnancy, leading her father, Keichiro, to have to raise her all on his own. Despite losing contact from his late wife's family, as well as his wife dying, her dad filled in both parental roles throughout her early years, leaving his job as a chemist for a while until Seiko was old enough to go to school. Until then he took good care of her and eventually learned to cook for himself and his daughter (by that I mean something other than frozen food). They were very close, and he was her main inspiration when it came to science. Luckily, her dad was also very wealthy, as her grandfather was the one responsible for a medical breakthrough many decades ago. The huge sum of money being made would be passed onto her later on. He took care of her as best he could, but obviously could not fit both parental roles completely, and seldom talked about his late wife due to his daughter feeling guilty upon finding out why her mother was absent.
Seiko excelled in Mathematics and Science in school, as she wanted to be a chemist, like her father, and make discoveries of her own. Her father helped her a lot, tutoring her and helping her with her schoolwork, and despite being naturally smart, she worked her hardest to get good grades, often stressing the fact that she needed to get her work done even at an early age. However, she did get her fair share of teasing. Seiko lived in a mostly conservative area, and was othered for being the child of a single parent. Her being a mostly naive and introverted girl made her an easy target, too. This was the basis for her mercy ideology, as she saw school bullies who picked on her being picked on by other students, or even their parents on a couple occasions. She made it her mission to befriend these kids to stop them from hurting other children, and partially succeeded. Some ridiculed her naive and innocent world view and she was betrayed a few times by those whom she tried to help, but she was persistent and kept going with the help of her childhood friend, Risa, who was actually the first person she had tried her ideology out on.
In the meantime, despite having such a loving father, things at home weren't so great. Out of anger, thinking that Keichiro had omitted from Ayano the fact that the complications with her pregnancy would eventually lead to her death if she kept Seiko (even though she fully knew and was okay with it), Ayano's family harassed Seiko and her father throughout her childhood, even going to the extent of trying to get him fired from his lab on numerous occasions. Ayano's mother was the ringleader of all this, and tried her best to give the two a hard time under the illusion that the would avenge her daughter this way. Eventually, once they tried to get his daughter involved, Keichiro threatened to sue them for several things, slander and harassment being most prominent. They finally left them alone, but the damage had already been done. Seiko's guilt had been fed by the dilemma, leading to self esteem issues. This caused her to start to force herself to become more extroverted in middle school, wanting to make as many friends and help as many people as possible to atone for something that wasn't even her fault to begin with. Her being from such a well off place and being at the top of her class, she was often seen as a virtue signaler and overall pretentious. Others however saw her desperation and used that to take advantage of her, making her seem like a spoiled troublemaker when the people she was doing not so good favors for pointed fingers at her. Risa stood by the entire time, protecting her friend to the best of her abilities and trying to keep this to a minimum, knowing that Seiko was caving in to peer pressure in an attempt to make friends. She and Keichiro tried to distract Seiko, Risa getting into making games on rpg maker at this point and getting Seiko to be her beta tester, and Keichiro signing her up for several extracurricular activities, including tennis, cooking, gardening, and a science/robotics club. He also bought two rabbits for her to take care of, Mochi and Beryllium. Though these distractions did help her, a new problem arose from both her best friend and her father trying to shelter her: she became sensitive due to isolation, not being able to maintain friendships with anyone other than Risa (since they were very close and had known eachother for so long) didn't help.
This wasn't prominent at first, and enter high school, her father decided to place her in a private school, Risa following via scholarship and financial help. Seiko was well received and liked at first due to her kindness and helpful demeanor, however, this started to decline when Seiko's personality flaws started to show, as well as Risa's overprotectiveness in regards to criticism of her friend. People soon started to resent her, much to her dismay as things had looked like they were starting to get better for her. Her self esteem issues came back roaring, and with them she developed her atellophobia. Some kids even started taking advantage of her again, one even toying with her by dating her on a bet and dumping her upon having relations with her. There were however other students and even a teacher or two who tried to help her, students because they felt bad for her and teachers because she was an overall bright student and her emotional problems could eventually end up affecting her grades. They helped her get by by having her join the school tennis team, as well as the school's culinary and engineering clubs. She had places where she belonged and several more people to talk to. At the same time Risa decided that she didn't want her friend to suffer being overly sheltered, she had to not be so protective of her.
Despite the drama from her first two years of high school, as well as being extremely busy, she got by with the few friends she had and still managed to graduate with flying colors. She then entered a very prestigious university in W City with a scholarship and some help from her dad, sadly having to part ways with Risa, who was going to a college in B City. Sadly she lost contact with most of her school friends but she did make a many new ones there, and even started dating a boy by the name of Hajime. Their relationship lasted about a year, but he dropped out and she had to break up with him, as he went on to become a criminal. He mysteriously disappeared when police raided his gang's layer six months later. She managed to get her degree in analytical chemistry as well as mechanical and computer engineering. Wanting to start a business in weapon making due to the newfound presence of the Hero Association, as she felt the desire to help heroes help the innocent, she moved to Z City to be closer to the bank her college friend, Yoshima's, parents owned.
With her father's help she bought a penthouse apartment and installed her own personal lab, with some space left (soon to become her training room) which she used for storage until further notice. Feeling lonely at the age of twenty one since Yoshima was busy and Risa was so far away, she bought a rabbit, and later adopted a cat to keep her company. About a year later, she decided to train and get in the hero business herself, passing the physical after spending several months training (and due to playing tennis for so long) with a decent grade and passing the writing exam swiftly. Seiko commented about her history with making efficient weaponry for other heroes during an interview with her superiors and got into lower A Class.
As a hero, Seiko's popularly initially rose due to her cute demeanor and cool-looking gadgets. However, it started to decline as she started to show her moral standpoint. People didn't want to see bad guys get spared, they wanted to see them defeated. Her occasionally losing battles due to accidents with her contact lenses, overdoses on supplements during desperate situations, etc, didn't help either. Amai Mask took notice and upon running into her at a fancy restaurant, scolded her for her failures, which eventually lead to their philosophies clashing, making a scene and causing many of his fans to show distaste towards her as well once they were informed about the incident. This brought back her self esteem issues and eventually caused her atelophobia. Trying to befriend other heroes in her class worsened the situation, as they began to think that she was doing so to be a kiss up due to her low popularity. However, she did manage to befriend a few people at her job, which was good enough for her. One of these people was Mumen Rider, whom she met when both were picking up their monthly salaries, eventually leading to them exchanging phone numbers after making small talk and becoming good friends.
She was extremely saddened by the destruction of her home city and her father's estate, as well as the death of her father, Risa's parents, and many of her old friends, and went into an emotional depression for two weeks, knowing most of her former classmates as well as innocent people in general died there. However she finds herself lucky as she decided to move instead of go back after she graduated university, and that Risa had survived. After new roads were installed to facilitate getting to the hero association hq, she left a bouquet of flowers at the former entrance of the city to mourn those who had died, and has sworn to make that a yearly habit. She would have gone to scrounge for survivors or at least try to help if there hadn't been so much traffic at the time. Sometimes she wanders under the city area after meetings to where her elementary school used to be, wondering if there could have actually been a way to stop the attack. She doesn't hold a grudge against the S Class heroes and A class hero who helped defeat the alien invaders, as she knows that they tried their best. Seiko even visited Iaian at the hospital upon hearing that he had lost his arm, handing him a gift basket and chatting for a while. Seiko had also inherited her father's fortune after his death, causing her to not rely on her business or lab work as much, but continuing to put in the same amount of effort, as she loved her non hero work.
Due to the overwhelming workplace drama, she slowly started to grow tired of being stepped on by the citizens of z city and ignored and scoffed at by her colleagues. One day during a meeting she snapped and yelled that she was quitting and that she hoped they were happy without her before leaving the room, leaving many startled as this wasn't like her at all. She left to only focus on her career as a chemist, but eventually Risa and Mumen Rider convinced her to train so she should rejoin instead. Truth be told, she eventually started to feel empty without a cause, which was in her case, redeeming bad guys. This eventually led to her saying yes and working harder than ever to become stronger and make a good comeback. She bought a gym membership and started working out with the few friends she had made at the hero association, as well as starting to work on a few new weapons, eventually registering again and getting back into A Class, starting just behind Snek in the rankings but climbing up a bit as she proved to be stronger than she was before.

Personality: Seiko is a very kind and motherly person. She's proven to be both a good friend and a good listener to several people. She's usually the type of person to analyze the situation before giving imput. She is very merciful as well, not to mention that she has no problem putting others before herself. Seiko is very hospitable, too, always welcoming anyone and asking them if they want food or drink upon entering her apartment. She likes to attempt inviting criminals and villains she beats to dinner, and is very sophisticated about it. She is a very classy woman, especially if she's in a more adult environment. However, this doesn't mean that she doesn't act out or let herself go occasionally. She is very impatient, especially when it comes to waiting in lines or being asked for her ID, and will become expressively sassy when tested, or she will usually goof off and sing off key to music if alone in her apartment and bored enough or while cleaning, as well as with her close friends sometimes. She is usually a very polite and reserved person in public areas, though, as well as very talkative, and compulsively apologetic if she drops something or bumps into someone. she likes giving advice when she can as well, and is very mellow, but has a good sense of humor too, especially when trying to cheer someone up.
Seiko will often make her favorite foods for people she really likes, especially since some of these foods require a fair share of work. This is a sign of gratitude, and she will be extremely happy if said person likes what she made. To her, as well as being a science, the culinary arts are, well, an art, so she tends to express herself through food. The better the taste and harder to make, the more love and gratitude she is showing.
She does have a sadder side to her, though. Seiko feels an immense amount of guilt for villains or sometimes even monsters she couldn't redeem, or had to apprehend or kill because they were too much of a public danger. Due to trash talk and sabotage, she also has a low self esteem, causing her to many times be an emotional doormat. If very intense she can takes things to heart, even when shown to be able to defend herself of the outside. She pushes herself a lot during battle too, which may affect her health. Seiko can sometimes go into periods of emotional depression when she thinks about these things too much, living off of the occasional protein bar, watching comedies in a futile attempt to feel better, and venting to her cat and maybe to one of her friends if they check up on her. She can be like this for days at a time, but luckily only when she's kept things bottled up for too long. However, she tends to act thick skinned in public, most of the time. She can also sometimes be a bit overprotective of other people out of worry or concern.
After her comeback, Seiko gets a confidence boost. She also stood by her morals more firmly and became so brave as to start disciplining and scolding anyone who, in her eyes, was doing something severely wrong, this mostly arising due to her motherly nature.

(More about her)

Strengths: She is a very smart person, and really has a knack at making weapons for herself. She can also fight decently and due to her being skinny and flexible, is agile, nimble, and graceful when she fights, especially with her candy supplements on hand. She is kind, and good at negotiating, as well as a good strategist and able to work together with other heroes well. Outside of battle, Seiko is an excellent cook, extremely hospitable, and good at fixing things. She has a good sense of humor and is a good listener, too. Seiko a so seem so on have somewhat o a green thumb, as she has taken up gardening in an attempt to spruce up the roof of her penthouse. She also tries her best to hold up a classy and sophisticated demeanor, always having good manners and being very well spoken and articulate. When focused, she is good problem solver, and good at giving advice. Seiko is a very organized woman, too, always having her agenda on her and checking it on a daily basis, as well as having several alarms on her phone.
After her hiatus, she is proven to have a newfound confidence too, which has proven to boost her morale and make her more determined when fighting and charismatic in regards to interacting with the public.

Weaknesses: Seiko is horrible with directions, causing her to sometimes get lost when trying to get to an area where there's trouble. She isn't the strongest hero either, and if faced with a situation where muscle is needed, will either take excessive supplements or try to call another hero for help and hope for the best. She has occasionally been known for not being as prudent as she should in certain situations, and her speaking out will usually either get her in trouble with other heroes or the public. She can also be skiddish and jumpy when losing a battle, fearing for herself and others and occasionally acting brashly and impulsively as a result. On several occasions she has overdosed on supplements or gotten herself badly hospitalized because of this. She tends to punsh herself too far as well. She can also be an emotional doormat when it comes to confronting other heroes during meetings, as many think of her as someone who fakes her kindness to kiss up to her superiors and climb ranks, and treat her as such. In other words she puts verbally defending others before defending herself. She is also nearsighted, and has to wear contacts during battle, which has proven to be a hassle. Seiko is a secretive woman, usually not opening up about her emotions with anyone except for Risa. She also tends to try her hardest to keep her sophisticated facade in an attempt to look more professional, and always has to have some sort of cause to fight for in order to feel like she has a purpose. She tends to be far too trusting of the people she tries to redeem, and although not opening up, she is far too hospitable and not cautious enough to sense disguised threats. She is intelligent, but not street smart in the leas, and is also very inwardly sensitive, despite not wanting to show it. Along with all of this, she is too emotional and can also fall apart and have panic attacks in very tense situations, although only when pushed to the brink.

Family: Her mother, Ayano, died during childbirth, as said before, so Seiko never got to know her, but she was a very strong and kind woman. Her father, Keichiro , was a casualty to the A City bombing. She did however have a very good relationship with him, and he has always been her inspiration and role model. She also has an aunt in B city, who used to take care of her grandparents from her father's side. She doesn't know much about her mother's side of the family, as they have ostracized and disowned her as a whole since she could remember.

Partner: Seiko does not plan on being in a romantic relationship anytime soon. She doesn't want to put anyone in danger while doing her job, and feels as if it would distract her from her lab work as well. She does feel like it would make her feel less lonely, but she just doesn't want to take the risk, though if her love interest were a fellow hero, she would probably change her mind. She had a boyfriend back in college but went on to become a criminal. She hasn't seen him since then and hopes not to see him.

Likes: Magical girl shows, tv dramas, videogames (mostly RPGs, bullet hells, puzzle games, and platformers), working out (mostly running on a treadmill and jumping steps), naps, doing lab work, making candy, cooking in general, psychological thrillers and crime movies, sci-fi books, soujo manga, mathematics, writing replies to fan mail, cats, little kids, working on new weapons, walks around the city, cleaning, having people over, arachnids, hamsters, dancing, singing (when alone in her apartment), fireworks, being around people she likes, rollerblading, rainy weather, tennis, gardening

Dislikes: rude people, gossip, long lines, traffic (especially in an emergency), burnt food, narcissistic people, watching others suffer, needles, fainting, actual drama, poorly written books and manga, horror films, being a bystander, bullies, telemarketers, being asked for her ID constantly at the alcohol store, people asking her if she's skipping high school, having to say her age all the time, asking for directions, tripping, her contact lenses falling, people walking in on her goofing off

(Extra)

Favorite food(s): Protein Bars, Gourmet Ramen, Fried egg with fries, hamburger steak, cotton cheesecake, mocha mochi cakes, gummy candy, sashimi, natto, rock candy, macaroons, parfaits, stuffed mushrooms, poppyseed crackers with caviar and lobster dip, lobster bisque, homemade ice cream, suama, biscotti, fancy cheese, star fruit, mushroom soup, dark chocolate

Favorite drink(s): ramune, champagne, cherry cola, pomegranate juice, white wine, sports drinks, strawberry smoothies, sake, tea (especially rose hip, honey lemon, and macha), hibiscus iced tea

Favorite Music genres: Rock n Roll (mostly classic and 80s-90s), Jazz/Lounge, Electronic, Jpop/rock, some Alternative music, Swing

Fears: she mostly has a fear of needles, snakes, roaches, and public speaking. However, some of her more serious fears including atelophobia (fear of not being good enough, thus why she pushes herself too far) and athazagoraphobia (fear of being forgotten). She also fears abandoned buildings and refuses to go into one unless absolutely necessary.

Sayings:  "what's scarier than having a bad conscience is having no conscience to begin with.", "If I weren't used to being insulted by civilians on duty I'd actually feel offended.", "There is a way to be good again.", "In a perfect world, we'd be working together instead of rivaling eachother.", "If you're good at chemistry you're good at cooking."

Other stuff: she snores super loudly. If someone is spending the night, she will offer them earplugs because of this.
Seiko also has two pets, a long eared rabbit named Plutonium, whom she keeps in her room and a Ragdoll cat named Dango, who roams the apartment area outside her lab and training room.
Seiko has the bad habit of twirling her hair when intrigued, as well as that of snorting when she laughs and getting chatty and talking too fast when talking to someone she admires.
She has a deep voice as well, for some who looks like a very tall seventeen year-old.
Seiko tends to talk loudly when overly excited, too.
As for her cat theme and weapons, they were inspired by a sci-fi novel she read in high school.
She gets few fan letters due to her low popularity, but replies to all of them without fail and keeps her favorites on her fridge.
She also has a high alcohol tolerance.
Seiko always keeps her agenda on her. No matter what. Without her agenda she would most likely die.

Clothing style/Alternate outfits: she has a cutesy taste in fashion. Her casual wear consists mostly of pastels and occasionally somewhat of a more casual type of mori fashion with neutral colors and vintage blues and yellows. Her more formal wear is either flowey and dainty with a light pallet or very elegant, consisting of velvety or neutral colors and sometimes gives off a Casual Lolita vibe. I made a Pinterest board consisting of alternative outfits that aren't her lab clothes or superhero costume: pin.it/u1k782c

(Relationships)

Aki: Also known as Banshee, Aki is an ex criminal and current semi famous bar singer that Seiko has successfully redeemed and helped into the Hero Association. Aki sees Seiko as a very good friend, and Aki is a primary choice for Seiko when it comes to working with other Heroes. Seiko and Aki talk a lot via video chat and Aki occasionally visits, though without calling in advance most of the time. They also train together and go to to bars and karaoke clubs around town when both aren't busy with other things. Aki also helps her with her wardrobe, as Seiko helps her with her superhero getup and concert outfits. Overall she sees Seiko as an older sister figure and looks up to her a lot. Some, including Seiko herself, may say that she is a bit too dependent on her however, despite claiming to be as independent as a disciple can get.

Risa: Risa is Seiko's childhood friend, as well as one of the few survivors of the obliteration of A City and the leader of Seiko's fanclub. Seiko really appreciates her company, as she is a voice of consolidation for her, and she has always stood up for her when she couldn't stand up for herself. She currently resides with her grandparents in Q City and works as a waitress at a diner, as well as a streamer, and an independent game developer (as a hobby), so she doesn't visit as often as she would like to, but the two usually spend hours talking on the phone and using video chat. Risa also runs Seiko's official fan blog, and, unsurprisingly, makes a very defensive admin. Risa will also do anything in her power to protect Seiko when possible. They have always been very close, being eachothers only friend for most of their lives. Risa tries to make time at least once a month so they can go on outings. Her family is also fond of Seiko, as they've considered her an extension of the family for a while now, and she often gets invited to their reunions as well as other events.

Hanako and Ichigo: Ichigo met Seiko when she came to speak at her elementary school, which led to them exchanging numbers since Ichigo and her mother were in an unsafe situation at home due to Hanako's now ex husband. This resulted in both's lives being saved by Seiko and Aki when Hanako's ex turned into a tiger level mysterious being. Seiko later further helped Hanako and Ichigo financially, paying for Hanako's hospital bill and helping her get a job within the hero association as a nurse, as well as paying for her training. Seiko often babysits Ichigo too since Hanako is now very busy with her job, and tutors her as well. As a result Hanako thinks of Seiko as a good friend, and Ichigo sees Seiko as an academic role model, as well as one of her inspirations for wanting to become a hero herself due to spending so much time with her along with other heroes.

Yoshima: Yoshima is Seiko's best friend from University and Vice President of Seiko's, again, failing fanclub. She actually lives in Z City with her parents, so they end up running into eachother a lot and usually going out to lunch and go shopping and talk about what's been going on in eachother's lives when Yoshi isn't working at her family's bank, giving both of them a good opportunity to let out some steam and talk about the fanclub amongst other things. Yoshima's parents are also in good terms with Seiko, as they manage her vast amount of money, and will offer her one of the lollies they have stashed for mainly little kids sometimes when she enters the bank, as they know she has a sweet tooth. Yoshi and Seiko also play tennis once every other Thursday to relieve stress, rallying the ball and playing the occasional game.

Mamoru: Mamoru is Seiko's shut-in neighbor, who owns the entire floor below her's. He is mute, so he will occasionally knock on her door and write her memos when she is being too loud, especially at night. She will usually invite him in, to which he will accept and they will communicate (him writing notes and her talking) over tea and biscotti. She will sometimes go to his apartment too, just to visit or to see if he wants to hang out with her and sometimes her friends, as he doesn't seem to get out much. They have developed somewhat of a strange friendship because of this which has developed into some sort of bond, as he will visit her if he hears her crying from his apartment and she's actually comfortable venting to him. Due to his talent in writing, she soon inspires him to leave his hikikomori lifestyle behind to become a journalist.

Saitama: Seiko gets along well with Saitama, as she finds him relatable since he as well has received his fair share of harsh rumors in chat forums she's seen about him. She became curious and visited his apartment once because of this, giving him a late welcome to the Hero Association and offering to make lunch. She just can't get it past her that not only is the strongest man alive in upper B class, but that he also has an S Class disciple despite his low ranking, but is impressed nonetheless. She had her doubts about rumors going around about him but as soon as she actually met him she knew he wasn't a cheat, especially with what she's heard from Genos about him fighting the Sea King. Saitama at first found her pretty awkward but he doesn't mind talking to her and thinks she's a good cook. She also helped him with rent once. They keep in touch a lot since Saitama likes to visit her to exchange recipes and watch crime shows with her, not to mention that she usually gives the him fruits and vegetables from her garden whenever he does to to help him save money.

Genos: Seiko seems to be a fan of Genos, and is utterly fascinated by him being a cyborg. She finds him pleasant enough to be around and usually invites him along with Saitama to hang out around the city when there isn't anything going on. She usually gets very chatty around him, to which he acts confused, as sometimes she can end up talking so fast that he can't understand her. She also asks him a lot of questions, as well as requesting advice on being a better fighter since he is one of the only S Class heroes who is willing to talk to her. When he doesn't know how to answer, he redirects her to Saitama. Seiko is also sort of jealous of him, as he is much more people than her despite being younger. This gives her more motivation as to become a better hero.

Mumen Rider: Ever since they've met, Seiko has always admired Mumen Rider's courage and perseverance. Despite him being at a lower rank than her, she thinks of him as a role model when it comes to being a hero. He finds her company enjoyable and will usually accept if she invites him out. She will try to convince him to move up to B rank at times, but he always declines, stating that he isn't worthy, to which Seiko acts surprised. Seiko sometimes worries about him putting his life on the line even though she does so herself, especially after what happened with the Sea King, and has offered to make him better armor and such, to which he always says no. After she had made a comeback to the hero association, they started hanging out a lot more, mostly going on patrol together. He helped her a lot in helping her gain enough confidence to make a comeback, and she appreciates him a lot as a friend. She's currently helping him study to get his motorcycle license since she already has hers.

Stinger: Seiko and stinger would exchange small talk a lot prior to her quitting, mostly out of being polite. He never really cared about the workplace drama surrounding her until she quit, after which he became notably concerned. They bumped into eachother a few days later at a diner, stinger wanting to invite her to lunch. They maintained contact during the three months she was gone, as he had managed to officially befriend her. When she rejoined, he and a few others welcomed her back. They're currently really good friends, and have occasionally worked together as a tag team.

Sonic: Seiko has been trying to get him to join the hero association ever since she heard about what he did to get Saitama to fight him. He declines constantly, but due to them usually bumping into eachother, they end up interacting anyway. He has been to her apartment before, however, he usually only visits for food and to play with Dango. He has also talked with Seiko about other things as he sees that she is a good listener and has watched tv with her when bored. He thinks Seiko would be better off being a detective or working in forensics, as he has seen her as being good with making educated guesses on who the culprits are when watching crime shows. She has given him shelter at times when he finds himself without a place to sleep in hopes that one day her kindness will cause him to change his mind about heroes. He refuses to call her his friend and always stresses on using the word acquaintance when talking about her. However he has saved her a couple of times when she had found herself overwhelmed in battle and even helped her train a bit prior to making a comeback to the hero association, mostly because she doesn't charge him for staying with her, so he says.

Amai Mask: She tends to avoid Amai like the plague ever since the restaurant incident, however, she does act politely towards him most of the time even though the results are rendered fruitless. He doesn't like her one bit, and will ignore her or scoff at her when possible. Amai Mask strongly thinks that Seiko should resign, as she is too weak and pathetic to be in A Class. This has caused especially Risa and Aki to hate him, although Seiko has already warned them not to pick a fight with him if they even see him. After her comeback however, he became a little less harsh with her as she did become stronger in her absence.

Garou: she tried befriending him once when she was off duty after she had made her comeback. They talked for a while over French bread and mushroom soup until he actually managed to recognize her. She tried talking him out of wanting to become a monster since both had had a history of being targets of bullying and she felt pity since, in her eyes, he had so much potential to become a hero, and wasn't truly all that bad, but he walked out on her, calling her a hypocrite for her mercy ideology. She later became a target in regards to his hero hunt due to her rising popularity. She took him on in an attempt to discipline him an stop him from hurting any other heroes but he ended up ending the battle by shooting her with her own tranquilizer gun after showing no signs of giving up on him.

King: the only reason they really talk to eachother is because both are mutual friends with Risa. They usually end up making polite small talk or recommending games to eachother. He'll also occasionally go to her for advice whenever Risa is acting up. Despite almost never seeing eachother face to face they do consider eachother acquaintances.
